It is taken orally once daily, 2 to 4 milligrams every 8 to 12 hours or at bedtime.
The total daily dose should not exceed 16 milligrams.
Doses vary for each patient, so you should consult your doctor and follow up regularly.

Drug absorption levels can change during fasting, so follow-up and consultation are necessary.
The drug may interfere with or be affected by contraceptives (consult your doctor or pharmacist).

Elevated liver enzymes without symptoms (the most important risk factor is individuals with underlying liver dysfunction)
Lowering blood pressure and may lead to weakness, dizziness or fainting (usually occurs with high doses). Take the drug with drugs that inhibit liver enzymes such as some antibiotics. Take the drug with some blood pressure-lowering drugs for latent liver failure.
Numbness (usually with high doses and can occur within 60 minutes, especially with alcohol users. Take the drug with drugs that inhibit liver enzymes, such as some antibiotics).
Withdrawal syndrome including hallucinations, high blood pressure, nausea, tremors and irregular heartbeat (sudden cessation of the drug without gradual dose reduction, prior use of high doses, or prolonged use of the drug).

Treatment should not be stopped abruptly, but should be gradually reduced to avoid severe withdrawal symptoms, especially for patients with a history of heart, liver, and kidney disease.
You should consult a doctor if you are pregnant and breastfeeding.
